Supporting young people from age 13 - 25 with mental health, caring responsibilities, housing, sexual health and more.

Do you need support with practical issues or with your mental health and wellbeing?

Drop in open Mondays 12-5pm.

If you need someone to talk to, our phone, text and WhatsApp lines are open between 12-5pm Monday to Friday and 10am-1pm on Saturdays. We can support you with all sorts of issues, and if we can't, we will help you find an organisation that can. Outside of our opening hours please leave a voicemail or email. We aim to get back to you as soon as we can.

Do you help to look after someone in your family?

It might be someone with a disability or a long term physical or mental health need, or maybe there is regular drug or alcohol use. You are a young carer and Centre 33 are here to help. We can support you to overcome any challenges or barriers you are facing because of your caring role.
